We were honored to be part of the groundbreaking ceremony for the CADAS – Council for Alcohol & Drug Abuse Services the Wings of Hope women’s residential treatment facility, right here in Chattanooga 
Robert Roberts LLC is proud to be building the new additions to the existing CADAS campus — a 36-bed treatment center and 16 new sober living apartments that will provide a safe, healing space for women on the journey to recovery.
One of the most powerful moments of the day: the event sign featured wings created by a local artist using recycled and discarded materials — a beautiful reminder that nothing is ever too broken to be transformed. That’s what this place is all about.
We’re so grateful to help bring this vision to life. Completion is expected Fall 2026 — and we can’t wait to see the hope that takes flight here.
